The UK government initially capped the cost of business energy to help businesses' to cope with the problems unforeseen due to covid, but from this April they are replacing that scheme and will instead pay a small proportion of businesses' increased costs, this means many pubs, cafés and restaurants will see a 90 per cent cut in help from the government.More than a half of businesses' are shortning opening hours to save money on the bills especially with the heating.many of the pubs and resturants will shorten the opening time to try to keep afloat.The industry currently faces an onslaught of challenges not seenin the industry on this level before,
